View My Order Status

To view the status of your order:

 

1. Sign into My Account.

 

 

2. Click My Account at the top of the page.

3. Click Orders on the dropdown menu.

Your most recent order will be displayed first. Your order status will say “Order successful” until your order ships.

 

For folks that are upgrading to a new phone, your status will not change to Completed until you activate your new phone.

Once your order ships, it will change to “Completed” and your card will be charged accordingly. You can track your shipment by clicking on the link under your order status or from the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Below your most recent order, you can view any past orders, displayed by date of purchase.
