This document provides information regarding our shipping methods, estimated shipping times, view and track your order, and how to manage your deliveries.







Shipping Methods and Estimated Times


Shipping costs are calculated based on ZIP code during the checkout process and will vary.


  • Please see How to Use the Online Store for more info.
  • If you're ordering multiple phones, all phones in that order will need to ship to the same address. If you need to ship phones to multiple addresses, you can create a separate order for each address.
  • Shipments are only available to addresses in the contiguous United States.  This would not include Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories.
  • Shipments cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

An estimated shipping time is displayed in the online store on each phone or accessory's page by the ADD TO CART button.


Note: Orders are shipped on business days (Monday-Friday, except for holidays) for all shipping methods.

Note: Orders are delivered on business days (Monday-Friday, except for holidays) for all shipping methods. For Next Day Air Saver and Next Day Air, orders made between Friday 5pm ET and Monday 5pm ET will be delivered on Tuesday.


Shipping Method

Estimated Delivery Time*

USPS First Class1-3 business days from when the order is shipped. This option is available for SIM Card only orders.
USPS Priority1-3 business days from when the order is shipped. This option is available for accessory only or accessory and SIM card only orders.

UPS 3 Day Select

1-3 business days from when order is shipped.

UPS 2nd Day Air

1-2 business days from when order is shipped

UPS Next Day Air Saver

Next business day delivery, typically by 3 PM to most U.S. addresses if ordered before 5 PM EST on prior business day.**

UPS Next Day AirNext business day delivery, typically by 10:30 AM to most U.S. addresses if ordered before 5 PM EST on prior business day.**




*Delivery times for all methods (except UPS Next Day Air Saver and UPS Next Day Air) are approximate.


**Orders placed after 5 PM EST will be fulfilled and shipped on the following business day, and delivered on the next business day after fulfillment. (For example, an order placed Wednesday after 5 PM EST would be fulfilled and shipped on Thursday, and delivered on Friday by the specified time for the shipping method.)







View & Track Your Order


After you've placed your order, you'll receive an email when your order has shipped, including your tracking number and shipment info.


You can also view your order status in the My Account portal:

Note: Your most recent order will be displayed first.


As soon as your order has been confirmed, you can view it under the Orders & Payments tab. Phone orders will have two items associated with it:


  • New Purchase
    This is your statement for the products that you purchased and is charged at the time you place your order. Click on the order for more details.

  • Pending New Purchase
    This is your statement for your monthly service plan and is listed as pending because you won't be charged for this until you activate your phone. Click on the order for more details.

    Once you've been charged for your monthly service plan, the status will change to Monthly Service.

  • Pending New Purchase (Back Ordered)
    If there's an item in your order that's on back order, it will appear in your portal like the picture to the left. If you have multiple items in your order and only one item is on back order, your entire order will be placed in back order status. 

    If your order has been placed on back order, you have the option to cancel the entire order by clicking on CANCEL. If you'd like to know which item is on back order, please contact Republic Help







Manage Your Delivery


UPS My Choice is an online tool from UPS that you can use to personalize your deliveries. Sign up for free at UPS My Choice.



  • Cost
    There are no costs to sign up for UPS My Choice, but certain features (such as re-routing packages to a different address) cost extra. You'll be prompted to enter your credit card info if this is the case. These are costs charged by UPS and not Republic Wireless.

Note: If you need to make a change with UPS My Choice, you will need to do so within the My Choice online portal. UPS will not accept changes made by calling their service line.


  • Cancellation Of Shipments
    This is not an available feature from UPS My Choice. If you need to cancel an order, you will need to do so through your account portal. Canceling an order will generate a shipping label for you to send your device back as well as instructions for the return.






Delivery Alerts

Receive alerts via email or on your phone.


Delivery Planner

Manage your home deliveries with a convenient online calendar.


Approximate Delivery Time

When possible, UPS will provide an estimated delivery time frame. This time is not guaranteed and may vary based on driver's workload, the weather and traffic.


Authorize Shipment Release

Give authorization online for UPS to deliver packages without a signature for drop-off when you're not going to be home to sign in person.


Hold for Will Call (UPS Customer Center)

Request packages to be held for pickup at a UPS facility.


"Leave At" Instructions

Tell your UPS driver where to leave your packages if you aren't home (e.g. porch).


Leave With Neighbor

Have your packages left with a neighbor (neighbor must be within walking distance).


Deliver to a UPS Access Point*

Request your packages be delivered to The UPS Store near you for pick up.


Additional Features*



Reschedule Delivery or Deliver to Another Address

Have your package delivered to another address or choose another delivery day (UPS price may vary).


Upgrade UPS SurePost® Packages

Typically arrive one day earlier. Also allows rescheduling and rerouting UPS SurePost packages. ($3.50 per use for both Members and Premium Members).


Confirmed Delivery Window (2-hour)

Get a two-hour window for home delivery (UPS price may vary).
