I was having spam issues. I got an email to push ##72786# to reboot or something, now my phone says it is not activated.
Open a support ticket, and see what RW comes up with. They may have to do something on their end.
Or rather, reply to their e-mail, if you have an open ticket.
Did you reboot your phone after that?
Yes, rebooted. Took the battry out and restarted. Still not activated
You have to be in a Sprint home network (no blue triangle) with a strong signal (two or more bars) to activate the phone.
Dumb question but did Republic send you the intial email with the reset code? Anyway, Use the following link to get support https://help.republicwireless.com/requests/new or send an email to email@example.com
Good luck! Hope your phone is fixed fast.
As mose said, you need to be in a strong Sprint coverage area when you dial that code in order for the phone to properly re-activate.
However, your best bet will be to follow up on the support ticket that asked you to dial that code, if it has not been closed.
Either reply to it or log in through the support ticketing system: https://help.republicwireless.com/requests and find the ticket that included the instructions to dial that code, and then ask for the instructions that should follow that reset.
